These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Native, a brand of The Procter & Gamble Company (“Native,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the website located at nativecos.com, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”), and the products and services provided through the Site (the “Services”).

14. Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms, without affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
